A sales contract between the User and the Company shall be deemed concluded when the User places a purchase order and the Company notifies the User of its acceptance. Ownership of the goods shall transfer to the User at the time the Company hands over the product to the delivery service.
The Company may cancel the sales contract without prior notice if:
- The User violates these Terms;
- Delivery cannot be completed due to an unknown address or prolonged absence;
- The Company determines that the trust relationship with the User has been damaged.
Payment methods, shipping methods, order cancellations, and returns shall be handled as separately prescribed by the Company.
